Indica Labs Halo Workstations
The RTIC has two state-of-the-art AI and image processing workstations equipped with NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPUs. These machines provide the processing power required for a variety of preset and custom analyses.
The Indica Labs HALO® with HALO AI platform is available for high-throughput digital pathology analysis across two dedicated, high-performance workstations.
Each workstation is equipped with an NVIDIA RTX 4090 graphics card and 128 GB of RAM to ensure rapid processing of deep learning workflows and large-scale whole-slide images.

- Area Quantification: Measures total area and percentage positivity of specific stains or markers.
- TMA Analysis: Automates Tissue Microarray dearraying, core sectoring, and high-throughput core-by-core quantification.
